When I reboot it it says ‘waiting for wifi connection’ and the blue led just keeps blinking. I have to climb a ladder and reprogram it which works for a few days and then it goes offline again.
When it works the picture is great for a $30 camera. But, if I can’t rely on it it’s useless to me.

As you can see in the picture I added, when I get notifications saying that the camera sensed motion, and I go to see what it was it gives me an error “Parameter error”. I’m not sure how to fix it

I didn’t have high hopes for this camera honestly. The price of this was so ideal I was skeptical! But boy oh boy am I glad I got it! You can move the camera when you’re looking at the live feedback. Night vision is so amazing and I didn’t even know it had it! Only set back is you need to buy and SD card but honestly that’s not a deal breaker and I totally understand why you would need one. Wish they could have like a package deal with at-least a 64gb SD card. Without the SD card you can’t watch playback (going back in time to see a certain time stamp). Wish the legs could have been sturdier because I wanted to originally set this on its own but it needed to be hung up with screws and the mount that it came with. Meh. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice either way I’m glad I bought it! Just buy it!

PROS
-Easy setup. App walks you trough step by step setup, so even non tech people can set it up with ease.
– Easy mounting setup. I love that it’s possible to move camera to almost any angle.
-Camera is controlled with an app, which is great. It’s easy to manage camera. Cool thing is, if you have multiple cameras, you can watch all of them at the same time.
– Good connection and even better night mode. So far haven’t had any connection issues, and I was surprised how good night mode is.
– Has two way audio!
– Vide are saved in SD card, another good thing. Life without unnecessary cloud subscriptions, and lost videos, because there as an issue with a network.
– Very good video quality and I love that there are options between SD and HD.
– Can do manual recordings trough your phone and video will be saved at your phone.
CONS
– I wish Wi-Fi antennas and SD card slot would be at other side of cable. I haven’t had any connection issues so far, but it’s because my Wi-Fi router is close to camera location, probably if it’s located farther from camera, can have some connection issues. If SD card slot would be inside of house, it would be easier to change cards when needed, as my camera is mounted in tricky place, I will need to climb my wall every time I need to empty SD card.
– Cable could have been a bit longer, but USB extension cable did the trick.

I have this set up outside and the picture freezes all the time. It is also hard to adjust to the view that you want do to the lag time between when you move your app control and the time it takes for the system to move. But it was not that expensive. The night vision is ok if nothing is moving.

For the price you shouldn’t. Functions are limited compared to a ring camera but the ptz Function for aiming camera is awsome especially for live viewing. I am impressed ordering more if this one continues to preform.

I am having issues keeping it online no matter distances from router. I am still impressed with the price for what it can do when it’s working but this may be the infamous you get what u pay for. Camera captures extremely clear video & picture. The 1080P ultra HD display was so clear while observing it in real time that I was genuinely shocked. That is because I have bought & tried so many cameras here on walmart that are supposed to be “4K” and yet the image is just some pathetically digitally modified 1080p, if that. So this was a pleasant surprise to immediately visually be impacted by the clarity.
Easy Setup as the device behaved exactly as the clear instruction in the manual indicated. The companion mobile app also felt intuitive for me and easy to use.
Connected to WiFi and was stable for viewing real time through the mobile app at 1080P display.
Night Vision is extremely clear and sharp (Images included in review are of same location in bright light and pitch dark Night Vision).

This camera is terrible. It loses it’s wifi connection constantly. The wifi source is 15 ft away. The web support site doesn’t exist anymore. I don’t know if it is still being sold here but avoid it. The unit keeps telling me there is no SD card and then doesn’t record even though there is one. You have to reboot the camera to get it to work. Absolute junk after 3 months of use. I have other brands at other locations that don’t have these issues.

Using this camera for outside observation of a portion of my yard, I get good images and sound from this WiFi connected camera. I can and do move its focus area from time to time. Tunable motion sensitivity which can trigger a flood light and optionally a siren. Package arrived in great shape from shipper. CAmera cam with everything you need to mount on a wall or post. I like the quality of the video in both dark and flood light activated modes. App is very useful on an iPhone. A little lag on the move of camera and update of video to confirm movement when adjusting camera remotely. Haven’t figured out how to zoom the camera (camera listed as PTZ – pan, tilt, zoom).
