Here is the reason for 2 stars instead of more. The lack of night vision control. You can have it auto, or off. You can not force it to go into night vision with the infra turned on. So you either pick auto and let the camera turn the infra lights on or don’t have the infra light on at all. And I attach a video of why this is bad. The unit keep turn the infra light on within few seconds, off, and repeat. And this happens during middle of the night where there is no light. The sensor is catching it’s own light and turn itself off.

But it doesn’t always record when there’s movement (even when there’s a lot of movement) and mine used to be in color but is now black and white which is weird. UPDATE: it keeps just not working. Additional update: the company reached out to me to provide customer service and offered a replacement. After a bit of back and forth I was offered a refund. My firmware was up to date and couldn’t figure out exactly why I was having this problem. I updated my review for this reason. At least they tried to make it right.

I am using this to check on the progress of my 3D prints and if it fails, I can go and turn it off. Also if you are looking to use it by pointing it out a window this is not the camera. The night vision does NOT work through a window. Had to turn off the motion notification ad it was alerting me every 20 seconds. Now that it’s off what good is it.

Purchased the two camera pack. One came in where it did not work as far as the tilt up and down. Contacted customer service, and seller was very quick to reply and fix the problem. They sent me a second camera and the tilting up and down, and the 360° worked. I did not have to send back the other camera that did not work. So I’ve been using two cameras in the home to monitor my dogs as well as inside, and the ease of the application, as well as the 360°, and the tilting up-and-down comes real handy. App was easy to use and set up. Clarity during the day is fine, and at night as well. However, at night it does go to black-and-white but it’s still clear. The use of the voice option, is average. There is a slight delay, so you have to speak somewhat slowly. I installed a memory card in as well, and therefore the capturing of the images is great. I really don’t set the alert simply because it’s inside, and I can simply log into the app to see what my dogs are doing. However, in testing the alert notification, it did trigger the alert quite quickly, and that was be based upon the level of alert I set. Overall, I would purchase another one of these cameras and or recommend. Great customer service from the seller with regards to any problems you may encounter.

The camera offers good tracking and picture quality. The camera offers panning and tilting. It can be mounted on a shelf or table top, and with the included wall plate can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. Once you insert an on board SD card the menu will show the SD storage menu, and the choices for storing media. If the SD card is not installed the menu for its storage options is not displayed. The instructions need to be clearer on this and could be improved with a bigger font.

WOW two awesome quality cameras in one box. I took less than 15 minutes to install the memory chips and set up both cameras. Unbelievable audio clarity! These small cameras can be mounted or just placed on a book case without drawing attention to there placement. The 2.4 g works very well and there is no need to use 5g. Camera works, but not great. Difficult to reset if you need to change wifi. Connects well if you are checking your phone on the same network as the camera. But if you are out and want to check live feed, it takes a few tries, sometimes not connecting at all. Motion detection seems to work pretty well. Motion alerts only records a 10 second video, unless you subscribe to the cloud service. Picture quality is good in daytime mode, or night vision. Just wish it would record all live movement instead of just the 10 second clip. I have a Kasa camera that records all live motion to the SD card without subscribing to a cloud service.

I bought it to check on my cats when I am out and motion detector most of the time doesn’t detect cats moving. I tried to change levels of motion detection and sometimes it detects even shades of the trees moving on a bright day so I was getting motion notices every second. Randomly it detects cats but most of the time motion detection doesn’t work. Otherwise everything works well, it is easy to set up and use, camera moves almost 360 and very good night vision.
